Former couple Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia shared that they maintained that they are on good terms, amid the circulation of a video that shows them apparently not interacting during a recent promotional tour for their zombie flick “Block Z.”
In a report by PUSH, Joshua said that everything was fine between him and Julia when the video was taken. “That night okay kami, as in okay kami. Ang pangit lang na parang lahat na lang ng galaw namin dalawa may issue may meaning ginagawan nila ng meaning. “Pero okay kami ako, personally, okay kami,” Joshua said.
As for Julia, she also slammed the people who seemed to want the two of them to fight and drift apart. She clarified that they have remained friends despite their breakup.
“I don’t need to explain that video because I think that I’ve accepted that, of being who I am. Every single day I do, someone has always something to say… “But you know kung ano ang nakakalungkot talaga is ‘yung hindi naman binababoy.
Naging maganda ‘yung samahan namin ni Josh. When we ended, it was smooth it was nice. We remain friends… “So ‘di ba? Stop making a fuss out of so many things and once and for all, stop making Joshua and I fight. We’re not fighting, we’re okay! We are both in a good place in our lives. There’s no reason to fight.
We ended nicely, our friendship is nice so just respect that, hindi namin alam kung saan kami lulugar,” Julia said.
And just recently, the two were spotted cozy with each other during the block screening of their movie.
The #Joshlia became the top trending on twitter.
In two separate photos shared by fan club JoshLia Squad, Joshua Garcia can be seen wrapping one of his arms around Julia Barretto’s shoulder while walking at a mall. In another photo, Julia can be seen comfortably leaning towards the young actor.
Are they back on each other’s arms? What do you think?
