Being wise nowadays will surely save you from being broke during the pandemic, just like the Kapamilya actress Maymay Entrata.
People who choose to save their earnings are usually called smart, and Maymay is one of them.
The extended shutdown following the C0VID-19 outbreak has stripped away many people’s lifeline. Their livelihood, many forms of livelihood, companies, all suffered from the pandemic.
With the showbiz world virtually at a standstill, Maymay has no choice but to wait for the crisis to get over.
Good thing she lived it out pretty well.
In a virtual press-con of Star Magic: Love From Home on June 20, 2020, May may say,
She even advises everyone to think of for the future and save like her.
For all we know, Maymay is the breadwinner of her family after winning the Pinoy Big Brother Lucky Season 7.
“Bilang isang breadwinner—three years na—thankful ako na natutunan ko na magbudget saka magsave na ng pera para sa family ko.
“Kasi iyong utak ko, iyong mindset ko, nagbago talaga simula noong naging breadwinner ako.”
Maymay was able to build a house for her family in Camiguin and Bohol, with the aid of her older brother Vincent, after two years in showbizness.
In a previous interview with Magandang Buhay, Maymay shared this story.
They invested in the house because of their mother Lorna, who worked in Japan.
Maymay, always been so generous to her family, also gave her cousin Jimboy his own tricycle.
Maymay has also announced that she has sent three younger cousins to school. According to her, it was her promise to them, because those cousins treat her as their mom.
Meanwhile, Maymay is also open about her family’s background. She is one of those who also came from a broken family.
