Fallen Hero In Tuguegarao Lost His Life After He Volunteered To Save Others

We must appreciate our modern heroes at this time as they are risking their lives just to save others.

As of this moment, many people in Cagayan and Isabela are still waiting for the rescuers to arrive. They are still hoping that they can be saved.

Since yesterday, November 13, most people in Cagayan and Isabela are struggling for their lives as the floodwaters from Magat Dam are now beyond human height level.

According to the news, the floodwaters are now in 15 feet deep. Making it more difficult for the rescuers and volunteers to approach the area.

Aside from this, there are also screenshots of conversations from the relatives and friends who are asking for help saying that the water has electric currents.

With this being said, volunteers who can help them came for rescue last night. One of them is Kelly Villarao who went to Brgy. Linao, Tuguegarao City.

In a Facebook post by Ian Saquing Manggay, he posted photos of our modern hero, frontliner, life saver, Kelly.

Sadly, Kelly lost his life trying to save others last night. According to the post, he was riding his rubber boat when it suddenly collided in an electric post that electrocuted him.

Kelly then immediately lost his life there in aiming to rescue his fellow Filipinos. We are saddened by the news and friends of him are asking for some donations.

Kelly has left his 5-month-old baby and his wife. We may not forget this fallen modern hero who risked his life for many.

He was just one of the volunteers who tried to save others with all his heart without anything asked in exchange.

Rest easy, Kelly Villarao! Filipinos are considering you as our modern hero.
